The number of bilingual yuri fangirls appears to be increasing, so the likelihood of translated yuri VNs in the near future is also increasing. It will probably be a pretty awkward translation, but maybe you don't care.

G-Collections said at comicon that they were looking into getting the license to a certain 100% yuri game, and only gave a teaser image of some silhouetted girls as any clue as to what game. Also, the first SonoHana game will be finished with its fan translation soon.
