There are no good mobage, there is only choosing the one you hate the least and shittalking the others.
The fire emblem one has non-terrible rates for gacha, but the fact that units have IVs just means that even if you do roll your favorite character, there's a good chance they will underperform.
Story and gameplay are also barebones and uninteresting.
