Hi /jp/ im new here and i have a question
im writing a novel and one of my characters is half japanese she lived in japan until 16 and now is living on the states so to keep in touch with his friends from homeland she uses IRC soooooo what are the most common IRC server for japanese teenagers... wich you can create chanels?
