Overall, aside from a few incredibly rare insurances of artists in side material making characters sexual, Touhou is void of fanservice.

That said, it's sort of subtle, but the fairies of the Three Fairies manga (Sangetsusei) are totally sexualized, but I think this is only noticeable if you're a degenerate.
