You mean the three light fairies + Cirno? What little there is about Lily doesn't see tomboyish, Clownpiece don't seem particularly masculine just childish. Of the Three Fairies, I would say Sunny is the most tomboyish. Your opinion of girlish might be a super girly girl though. Eternity doesn't seem tomboyish at all. She also seems pretty calm for a fairy.

She didn't really give a damn. She just heard he was mean and greedy and was ready. The other fairies had already been trying to restrain her violence up to this point. In fact, it was her violent nature they were blaming for the events that led to them putting on the play. It's also the reason Star had her play that role, so actually, yeah I guess she would realize it was a violent role because the other fairies had kept saying how her violence was scaring off fairies and causing the problems with the trees, and then Star bluntly said Clownpiece would play the role of the greedy old man because of that.

Summer Cirno canonically beat Okina once at least, so her. Besides, Cirno's been a protag type multiple times. She probably qualifies for plot armor. Clownpiece is probably the only fairy as aggressive as her though. The real question remains is if Clownpiece had gotten powered up like the other fairies and why she didn't completely burn the shrine down if so.

There are plausible ways she could hate the heat while still being stronger in the heat. Think about how cold interacts with hot to generate condensation, how her main offensive ability involves creating actual icicles (meaning more than just changing temperature, she needs to get moisture somehow). If Cirno naturally has a very low body temperature, then think about how in the heat she must attract all sorts of condensation to herself, making her body get all damp or even wet extremely easily, which would obviously be uncomfortable. Hell, the fairies even use buckets of water when they want to wake er up, so Cirno clearly doesn't like being wet.

This all coincides interestingly with her territory being the misty lake, considering the presence of a mist would mean greater moisture in the air if she does indeed create icicles in such a way. Greater heat could mean greater air humidity, thus making her stronger (as well as opponents less likely to be prepared for cold).

Cirno having to bury herself in snow to "finally get comfortable" seems really unusual though. It's not like the lake is particularly cold and she's presumably comfortable there aside from in the summer. It's not like she's known for living in an igloo or anything either, so why does she need THAT much cold after turning back? Assuming it isn't a retcon or some other mistake, then it means that Cirno's NOT back to normal after HSIFS and that whatever preference against heat she had has become more extreme after the incident for some reason.

Overall this is actually a very interesting chapter from a Touhou canon perspective.

There's been comments about her power being less effective when it's cold rather than being stronger in the summer, since when it's cold people are already taking measure against chills. Nonetheless, disliking heat doesn't really mean being weaker or stronger in the heat, just not liking too much heat. Although, Cirno should be able to cool the area herself. It is strange that she could want to bury herself in snow, but it's because she could bury herself in snow that it's probably just that she lost her powers before the weather went back to normal so she had to deal with a supernaturally summery summer.

Also, Eternity tells only what Cirno told her and what she saw herself. Cirno told her that she went around Gensokyo being the strongest, Cirno told her that she was in a strange dark place, Cirno told her that they both had doors on their backs, and Eternity saw her suddenly vanish when Cirno touched her door. If Etarnity knows or remembers Okina, she didn't spill one bean about it, except maybe when she called Cirno's tan mysterious and scary.
