anyone here occasionally play a drinking game while reading shitty light novels?Heres mine i play it alot when im reading korean light novels in particular.
Take a shot if:
The MC grew up poor
The MC had an abusive childhood
The MC is oblivious to the affections of the women hes intimate with
The MC has intimate knowledge of how to produce gunpowder based weaponry
The MC makes a pilebunker and modern weaponry in a fantasy world that is still in the bronze age
The MC is trying to get together with a rich girl
The MC is obsessed with making money

Take two shots if the MC states something that was common knowledge during that time period as if it was a miraculous revelation

Down the whole bottle if MMO mechanics are shoehorned in for no good reason

Take three shots when a character makes some sort of wise or philosophical statement or introduces me to some new perspective, or articulates some basic truth that I've been aware of all my life that nonetheless impresses me so that I can stop reading and think about it for an hour.

Drink the whole bottle when the character makes some philosophical remark that the author clearly thought was "deep" and "insightful" while in fact sounds like what a 14 year old that has read NIetzsche quotes on Facebook would say
