They have to edit the map's locations, the date thing plus a few other things like the individual scenes titles in the replay menu and so on.
Also I'm going to laugh my ass off reading the 'translation' they will make of the temple section, which uses arcaic japanese.

you basically have the city's map, and a few locations. Depending on the day and time there could be characters in said locations, and you can choose whose scenes you want to see. Some scenes make the plot advance, the majority are just for a cheap laugh.

same happened with Kagetsu Tohya, after they(see he) got about...75%? only took them a week give or take a few days to finish the remaining 25%

note that F/HA has some easy/to/trans text compared to Kagetsu Tohya
