KF is a multimedia project that was failing or piddling in all aspects, the mobage shut down shortly before the anime, the manga was nothing special.
The anime was basically made by a really small group with no budget because Kadokawa didn't give a shit, now that it's become the hottest new thing, they're removing the smalltime people that made it a success.
