Same here, just that I've sworn to get through it before doing the good routes. Which means that I haven't even finished Tsukihime because of Ciel. Last time I played I was at her sex scene, which is so horrible that I've needed to take breaks lasting more than a week before being able to get back to it. I can't stand sex scenes with a character I hate. At least when it isn't hatesex.
