It must be Su-pu-un which means spoon in English.

Supuun is スプーン in katakana. 

or you meant,

Suppon is sort of turtle Japanese eats the meat for one-pot dish and drink the fresh blood for good health. It is スッポン.

or

Suppon-pon is sort of colloquial expression of adjective for being bare ultimately. It is すっぽんぽん.
