-The Summer 2017 event has begun. It is a large scale 7-map "what if" operation taking place in the west. The event name is Break Through to the West Once More! European Relief Operation. The main operation is four maps, while the extra operation is three maps. The rewards are Hatakaze(E2 reward), Richelieu(E4 reward), Sagiri(E1/E2 drop), Amagiri(E3/E4), Luigi Torelli (E6 Drop) & Ark Royal (E7 reward)

-Debuff for various maps are still under investigation.

You need to experience E-4 yourself before you commit Kitakami there. I sank her twice without using any torpedo slut since a lots of time it is going to be a 6v1 situation during yasen. Just reached last dance and for my first attempt pudding did a 170 out of 300hp. Just make sure you have 3yurop in your fleet so that you can commit Kitakami if you really have problem sinking her.

Ok, now I'm 100% sure there's a hidden fatigue system. Two days before I tried to kill E4 until 4 in the morning and couldn't, tried it again the next day and had no problem, first try kill. Yesterday I'm been trying to kill E5, again, no luck, results were only getting worse. Tried it just now, in the morning and bam, went smooth as butter, everyone in green, didn't even need a yasen.

More seriously, E4 is not comfy at all, because the second phase involve some shitty nodes, while the boss is really sturdy as fuck.
Grinding the gauge isn't that bad, but last dance can go on forever if your torp CI girls don't get a good crit.

I failed 1 last dance with everyone in green, all night gear activated while the boss was in orange. Yukikaze, Myoukou and Prinz triggered their torp CI and the boss still survived.
