In RO it's more efficient use of time to just use the spells you need to increase everyone's damage efficiency, then sit down to regain SP if and when you're out. At max it takes like half a minute to regain enough SP to get going again- the player himself will wear out and need a break more often than he needs to sit down and get SP.
