I just tried Meiling. You shoot her to wake her up, wait for the bird to appear, shoot the bird, and wait for her to turn around. How is that difficult?

Actually, you can just shoot her rear as usual, then blast her ribbon on the Sayonara screen.

As for EX-Rumia, there's a silly trick: you can use the up arrow key to scroll down until the background goes away. Then you just need to wait until Rumia appears and take the easy shot.
