Not really a bad matchup. No one has a bad matchup against Yukari except maybe Remi, who is shut pretty bad by 2C.
I've been playing a RL friend who plays Iku a lot. Got used to his Iku, I guess.
Not sure what you mean by the 3k dp.
Yuyuko v Yukari is pretty boring anyway. Neither character can go on offense, so I rush in suicidally rather than play a 8 minute match.
