Okay /jp/sies, I fully admit I've missed the boat on the Clannad VN. That being said, I seem to remember that it has come kind of convoluted way to being installed involving a voice patch and a SEEN.txt, or something liek that?

/r/ a basic step-by-step guide on how to get this thing running, or at least some hints.

1. Get Clannad. Install Clannad.
2. Get the voice patch. Look at the instructions included. Install voice patch.

The current patch won't work with the Full Voice version, and it won't until the team gets off their asses and finally finishes up the project.

The most current translation only works with original Clannad + voice patch.

Hmmm. Back in the days I just downloaded it, installed, patched, and checked if it seemed to work. But I can't remember if it was with voice patch or full.

Does it not work at all with full voice, or is it somewhere special it crashes? Might need to make sure I have the right things on my PC.

And I've already read through the whole thing without the voices so yeah.

Things here and there say that you need the voice patch.
You don't.
It's just people that can't get off their high horses about reading any VN without voices like it's a sin.

Wait... I'm using Full Voice, and it works with the current SEEN.txt file...

... Or is the version I have prepatched or something?...
