How did this crack pairing come back recently? Did some artist discover the original and tried to revive it?

Where did it even come from?

I think PoFV. In Cirno's ending, it's the only time she's ever been serious/worried over something (in this case, the prospect of becoming mortal and being able to die, due to what Shikieiki warned her about). Aya finds her moping and cheers her up. However, it's not out of kindness, but in order to get her to do some dumb shit that she can take pictures of.

It's a bit of a mistranslation, really. "Beloved Tomboyish Girl" is a very poor translation of おてんば恋娘, which should read more like "Lovestruck Tomboy". Cirno's the one feeling love, not one loved.

love is in the air, as they say.
it's as part of nature as "lunacy" which Clownpiss embodies.

Actually the ending is pretty cute.

It's cute but...
shipping that?
really?

like
Cirno:
"Oh I'm sad, even fairies die and... I'm woried"
Aya:
"Eh... don't worry, don't be silly and enjoy life"
Cirno:
"I'm not silly"

Some random artist:
"Hmm... death... aya... cirno... death.... hmmm
I SHIP THAT"

Like... wow

Reisen / Youmu is a popular ship based on literally nothing.

That's fanon for you.

>> No.17036223

>>17036208
Are you new to the internet or something? Shipping doesn't have to make sense and is usually not taken seriously. It's mostly a gag at this point to put characters together in fanart based on extenuated circumstances in canon.

how old are you? you have to be very young to not know this is common in any series with a large cast or even a moderate amount of fans

that and the way you type sounds like an underaged retard

A Cirno walking the Streets of a Former Personal Idea of Hell would have had you believing otherwise

Or someone their supposed prime battling a slow rising toxic tide of exhaustion at odds with nature, but really it's not in vogue to rehash a warning *from* *at* *least* six years back now for this rabble thread.

Hi mods and janitors, at least it's not immediately dull right? Okay.

Cirno's also just a fun character to ship in general, due to all the romantic issues related to her being a fairy.

This is the worst ship. That have absolutely no chemistry.

Nope. Not new to the internet.
It never fails to amaze me how people ship characters for no reason at all.

Some are cute like MariAli but some others make no sense at all. Like this one for example.
