Nice, but you missed one thing: the original has only eight colors (palette next to the typeface info) so that it can be saved with three-bit indexed color and take up only 30 KB. That why the text is in a pixel font, not for the aesthetic, but so that it doesn't have to be anti-aliased.

In any case, this will surely be more interesting to update after the next couple games are released.

Did I do it right? I made a palette using the colors on the palette in the OP image and then converted it to indexed colors using that palette. It's smaller though. Is there some settings I should have used when exporting? I don't really know what does and doesn't alter colors. (used GIMP)

I think that the manga volumes should be put in order, for example WaHH and Fairies are currently in Spring but FS50 is in winter.

Strange Creators is a meta publication, so it doesn't go in the flowchart, and the new chapters of CoLA published in it are already there.

AFiEU goes after CoLA 30 (Aya asks Sumireko for an interview for her book) and before FS 49 (Aya says her book is cancelled). It also includes an ACQ story which relies on the reader having read FS 40-41

SCoOW can just be mentioned in Odds & Ends.

This is a nitpick, but perhaps it may be a good idea to add a bit of information about the PC98 games in Odds and Ends. It would be more consistent with the other "unimportant to overarching plot" works being included, and could clear up any confusion some might have about the absence of a TH01-05 and misconceptions about those games in general
