Depends on oxygenation and the flavor of the surrounding cells, genius.
Veins and arteries would taste different and skin/fat cells would taste different than organ tissue.

Just usin' logic to decide where one would optimally drink vast quantities of pure oxygenated blood from.
I'm guessing oxygenated would taste better since it's what all our organs want and all.
And impurities are obviously not wanted (drinking from blood soaked tissue etc.) as vampires are typically not cannibals.
