Hey /jp/, I'm looking for some good VNs. Both overrated and underrated are welcome, eroge or not. I just need a good VN, I've already played.

Chaos;Head
Fate/Stay Night
Tsukihime
Yume Miru Kusuri
Wanko to Kurasou
And Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni.

So, any reccomendations? Also I don't care about it being translated or not, as long as there is voice acting. I can't read rune, but I can understand Japanese.

Gekkou no Carnevale, the story is interesting and storytelling it's original.

Koitate, a crossdressing bodyguard for 3 girls, though it gets boring at times.

Tsuyokiss, best tsunderes ever, also best yandere ever.

And if you dare venturing into the forbidden area of OTOME VN, Under the Moon if you want to be the tsundere loli.

Just started Koitate (based on /jp/ anon recommending it the other day), it looks pretty good so far, and it was critically rated pretty well.

I've played Under the Moon, and was thoroughly underwhelmed. The story was surprisingly awful - it's still a bit of fun, but far from satisfying. The routes needed to be a lot longer, have a lot more content and actually carry a bit of depth to the story.

I'm definitely going to get this now, and I also have Gekkou no Carnevale but because someone is already translating it I'm saving it until it's fully translated. I think I'd most likely enjoy it more if I understand it 100%.

Alright, I've put everything you both said onto my to-do list. Also, I'd like to point out that there are some VNs I'm waiting on actually playing due to either me not being able to read rune or waiting for a translation. Such as

Gekkou no Carnevale
Gore Screaming Show
and Saya no Uta

Mainly because I want to really get into the story instead of half-assing it's awesomeness..

Since you can play VNs in Moonspeak, the essential are:
Ayakashibito and Bullet Butler from propeller, both fully voiced
Air and Clannad from Key, they are pretty much required for all VNs fans.
Ever17 and Remember11 from KID
Higurashi (try to find the PS2 version for the voices)
Tsuyokiss for a really good romance comedy with some drama eroge
Eien no Aselia for what I think is the Final Fantasy Tactics of eroge
Most of the stuff from Nitroplus, Gekkou no Carnevale is fully voiced.
Sekai de Ichiban Dame na Koi, fully voiced as well, extremely good romance eroge.
