Roppongi district in Tokyo, you can get there by Yamanote-line, I think. A shit ton of clubs and bars, mostly foreigners though, but I suppose japanese foreign-cock-hunters go there as well.

You'll need some directions to find anything though, so you might want to ask around. Some clubs have black bouncers. Just keep in mind, a tiny door on the outside might have the biggest fucking disco inside.
