Suwako first was expected. He really likes her. Same with Yukari.
Yuyuko and Nue make sense, but they aren't prominently featured in his works. I'm actually surprised by Reisen, Sagume and Doremy. I know he's just released a book with LoLK characters, but I haven't checked it out.
I was expecting Byakuren or Sanae in the list: I don't like his portrayals of them, but he did give them a good portion of his work.
