while quite a hectic boss, the more chaotic spellcards will feature various transient safe-points resembling the ying-yang deadweight.

She likes to cause trouble to gain attention so she is entitled to become an Extra Boss. Her weakness is her own emotions, where as she reacts to anything very strongly but weak against sarcasm.

She can turn some elements into the opposite element like fire to water and water to fire. Her specialty is manipulation of earth, wood and void magic.

Thinks she is an oni. Painted her horns red.
Tries to act like an oni, but cannot handle alcohol.
Rushes recklessly at enemies. Quite troublesome, as she has the ability to manipulate velocity.
Has a tendency for mistaking friends as enemies when drunk.
Does not know why she has so few friends.

Dorothy Triggerhappy

Gun wizard. Her magic can only be used to generate firearms and ammunition. Is kind of an idiot and has little common sense. Will often try to use guns to do things instead of doing it the normal way. For example, she shoots her doors open, shoots her lanterns to turn off the lights, dual magdumps into a lake to fish, starts a campfire by lighting the ground up until something catches on fire, etc. Lives alone in the woods because of the noise complaints she got. Doesn't know or practice any gun safety rules

I haven't drawn anything since 8th grade. Honestly she looks like something I would've come up with around that time.
Anyways, this is Utopia Wastedream the youkai of hope. Whenever humans hope or pray for something but don't have even the smallest connecting to a divine being, their prayers sometimes reach Utopia instead. Since she isn't even close to being a god the only thing she can do is make that person hold on to their hope, and since the people in question devote more and more time to hoping, the barriers between them and the things they want grow larger. The frustration that people feel as they become slaves to their delusions sustains Utopia and grants her strength. Since more people these days are unquestionable atheists and many more are depressed, Utopia has grown significantly stronger than she once was.
Should be fought as a stage 3 or 4 boss. One of her spells should appear very easy but if the player goes up close to deal more damage she suddenly fires off large quantities of bullets. Her last card, regardless of difficulty level, has her firing off "empty" bullets that cannot do any damage to the player character and after her defeat the player character tries to talk to her only to be ignored. The stage finally ends with her simply saying "hahaha! I won." (the point is that once her last spell card starts she becomes so absorbed in her own delusions that she thinks she beat you with it.)

Never thought about it before, but a lot of the names in Touhou is rather uncommon, isn't it?
It makes it kinda difficult and fun to find a name that could imply "hey, is this a Touhou character?".

Firearms have been a thing since Touhou 2... and they were the shittiest, most obnoxious kind of bullet to dodge because they were only 5 pixels big and flew fast.

Though aside from that, they're just another weapon in spellcard battles. Reisen uses a gun occasionally, and it's not like she can cap Reimu with it.

At first I wasn't gonna join, but this idea has been bugging me all day so I had to work on it. I can't draw faces for shit so you'll have to see the back view of my Illustrator skills for now.

Her name is Toryuu, a Moon Rabbit of the Lunar Military.
She has long flat noodle-like hair and wears the regular military attire. She's normally cool and laid back and has a lax posture.

One of her main abilities is to reverse time, allowing her to collect memories from about 5 minutes into the future. She is very respected among her peers and has lots of fans simply because she can perfect every move she make. She's basically a living TAS.
Very broken 2hu you may say, but concerning how broken the Lunarians usual are I'd say this is on par.

someone with that ability wouldn't ever be relaxed unless they never used the ability. They would either be said laid back, cocky boss who then gets more and more frustrated at the player beats them over and over, or they would be some kind of Van Gogh painter, bu with cause and effect as their canvas, always using the ability and constantly making mistakes all the time due to perfectionist insanity. Isabella Windward

She's a youkai who crafts hoaxical "sea monsters" like globsters, Jenny Hanivers, Fiji mermaids, the Montauk Monster and the Zuiyo Maru carcass. She is very proud of her work and considers it an art form, even though said work mostly involves sewing up the corpses of beached sealife.

Her ability allows her to obscure the shapes of both living and dead animals, making them appear more monstrous and fish-like (so if used on a human, you'd get something like a deep one). While altogether weak, it aids in her "craft" and makes her unexpectedly popular with beast youkai - after all, a plain old youkai animal may not be very scary, but the prospect of a new, unknown kind of mer-beast on the loose certainly is. Thanks to her help, rumors of dobhar-chu, ahuizotl and other foreign sea monsters are on the rise in Gensokyo, boosting the power of both aquatic and animal-based youkai.

She herself is a kuragebi, a will-o-wisp-like apparition that was possibly derived from a beached jelly. Recently, she heard about the story of Frankenstein from the outside world, so she's now searching for a way to bring her patchwork creations to life.

Would having her take the Ultramarine Orb Elixir be too much? I mean Mokou, Kaguya, and Eirin all had the Hourai elixir so I just thought it was an alright possibility.

Remember that the reason Eirin hands those elixir out to the others is because of story-related reasons. So what you need to ask yourself is this:

Why would Eirin gives your girl the elixir?

'Sides, it's a temporary thing unlike the Hourai Elixir, so I don't see how it would change your character much.
