To be honest, Mogeko works are the closest thing to Touhou that we have on this board.

OFF is similar mixing silliness with an occasional unsettling atmosphere and coming out of left field with the emotional pain. The battles are also pretty easy like Wadanohara but the puzzles can be kind of difficult.
