Ichiba Youichi is probably one of my favorite artists. I feel like he capture the spirit of Touhou perfectly, he draws no too-deep-4-u or meme crap but actual good drawings.

Warugaki's style isn't exactly completely unique but I love how expressive his characters are. He's also incredibly good at mimicking other artist's styles for his convention report mangas.
