Why hasn't Japan embraced communism? Communism is clearly the answer to the world's problems, but the West keeps the truth from being known because if it got out that communism works, capitalism would capsize overnight. It's a strange, sad world, isn't it?

plus in theory it sounds awesome! but the world isnt a game where you send 3 people to farm 3 people to do computer shit and 3 people to be doctors.

Communism does not work on a large scale, it eventually becomes a dictatorship or oligarchy with a priviliged elite class and enforcers lording over peasants.

China is not self-sustaining and relies heavily on trade with capitalist nations to get the resources, technology, drugs and other developments that it lacks.

The absence or lack of enforcement of copyright and trademark laws allows China to benefit from reverse-engineering or studying patent forms abroad and manufacture it in-country without the legal repercussions and expense of funding the R&D costs that the original company charges with their product. A similar situation is when American companies come out with a new pharmaceutical drug and Canada makes a cheaper copy because they don't include the costs that the original company needs to pass on to cover research/testing/development costs.
