Yes, I'm wondering the manner of this crack. Does it bypass the splash/patch screen? People have been voicing their concerns of configuring this thing but I have a simple button to click which lets me choose my webcam and resolution between 160*120, 176*144, 320*240, 352*288 and 640*480. I don't know about the second guy's crack (the drop.io/arpatch one) but my loader just runs the ARfigure.exe using the same method as the original launcher. All the serial checking is done in the launcher, and the actual program just does a simple check.

The data files are encrypted with RC4, so far I've figured out ar.dat's key but the other files are probably going to use a different key.

Configuration is stored in config.lua, the lines there should be self-explanatory and give you a hint of what those other options you have are for:

Tried resizing the images based off the specs given. The scale is about 38.5 pixels to 1cm. You'd have to either resize it or mess with your printer settings to have it print correctly.

I had to edit the config.lua and force it to use my webcam as it was going straight to my first video device which is a TV card. If anyone had anything other than a webcam then you will need to enter it in config.lua EXACTLY as it is detected in the ar.og file.

In case anyone wants to try it but lack an actual webcam, I got it to work just fine with VCam. It's on trial for 15 days, but it's long enough.

Took a cellphone picture of the cube, and play around with the photoshop trick. How fun.
