Get hit by 5b, enjoy your 100% limit.
However, hitstun on it has ben reduced quite a bit.
Before 1.04, if you blocked it from anywhere on screen, you'd end up having to border escape.
Tenshi is fine though. If anything, she needs a little buff.

SWR is a crap game for players who think Brawl was fun(HINT IT'S NOT). Real gamers play games like SS2T(And if you don't know what that is I PITY YOU FOR REAL). Why have you all forgotten what real fighting games are like? They're very balanced, but this game is the very definition of "shit", and just because it has ZUN's approval, you think it's great?
