KanColle Arcade's first event started on Oct 27 and will end on Nov 25. Anchorage Hime is the main boss and Shoukaku and Zuikaku are rewards, with Shouhou and Zuihou also being implemented.

Debuffs exist for the E3 boss, for the E5 map, and for the E5 boss. Debuffing the E5 map will open a new starting point closer to the boss. Debuffing the bosses lowers their armour, making them easier to kill. How to debuff (current speculation):
-To debuff the E3 boss: acquire in E2 AS+ and no damage taken to land bases while defending against an air raid four times, and perfect S at air raid nodes A, G, K and L once each, and in E3 acquire S ranks at nodes C, D, H and J once each, and A rank at node K once.
-To debuff the E5 map: acquire in E5 S ranks at node A thrice for Kou (hard)/twice for Otsu (medium)/once for Hei (easy) modes, and at nodes B, C, D, G and H once each, and AS+ and no damage taken to land bases while defending against an air raid twice.
-To debuff the E5 boss in Kou (hard) mode: acquire in E5 S ranks at node P twice and at nodes K, M, N, O and U once each, AS+ and no damage taken to land bases while defending against an air raid four times (not counting the two times that go towards debuffing the map), and sink 10 enemy transport ships total in nodes A and F. Hei (easy) mode is known to have lighter requirements.

If you hear the quest completion jingle when you return to base after a sortie, it means the debuff is successful. You only get to hear it once per successful debuff. While the E3 and E5 boss debuffs are active, the bosses will have different sprites and voice lines on encounter.
WARNING: Debuffs will reset if switching to Kou (hard) mode from other difficulty modes. Debuffs will not reset otherwise.

News:
-The Autumn 2016 Event has started. It consists of 3 standard operations and 2 extra operations, for a total of 5 maps. The event will end on December 7.
-The ships implemented for this event are drops Yamakaze (E2, E3) and Asakaze (E4, E5), E3 reward Commandant Teste, and E5 reward Saratoga.
-Late Autumn voice lines (including Wine of Autumn voice lines) have been implemented. The other autumn voice lines have been removed.
-"That type" of aircraft and a new system will finally be introduced in autumn or later.
-The next Kai 2 will be for a CA.

I suggest designating two bases to O and leaving P to your AACI girl. Only two waves won't provide a substantial advantage against triple Wo and air raids are relatively easy to pass without any kind of support apart from strong AACI. I spent about 2 buckets per sortie. Send both air strikes to the J node and you'll rarely be sent back. It's easy to chip, and killing isn't uncommon, but it's probably best to switch to a real fleet for the final run. I stuck with it because I love my subs and it's been a while since they could get some real use. From start to finish only took 17 sorties.

For fuck's sake. After getting the classic version I managed to get it working perfectly. Tried game capture, didn't work because whole thing was black again, messed with options (but this time I had an idea of what each of them could do), didn't help, tried window capture, worked. Thing was too big, I set the sub-region to record, I set the base resolution, perfect. Everything works because the program is intuitive. Completely different from that studio crap. I made multiple tests after setting everything up, all clear, ready to go.

Thank you anons for the support. The problem lied mostly in the program choice. If the developers weren't forcing their Studio version (pic related is how the download site looks, no "classic" in sight", can you blame me for downloading studio?) I would be able to sort everything myself in ten minutes without taking your time.

Tip for the future: if someone has problem with OBS, it's most likely because he doesn't have the classic version but studio one. Just tell him to get classic and he should be fine.

Her AACI takes 3 slots and gives you a single yellow gun to work with for night special attacks setups. This leaves you only with double-attack and there's nothing you can do about it without sacrificng AACI, killing any reason to take Maya in the first place. I mean, I have luckmodded Maya since I like here but I either use 2xtorp 1xred gun 1xradar for torpedo beating or AACI+red gun for plane slaughtering. You can't really mix those two.

Since you don't have Catalina or Taiteis you probably can't get your fighter planes to the boss. Just load one of the bases with the best bombers not currently used by your CVs and send it to the node that causes you most problem (J if you're doing dragon route). That said, I never checked the range of shitty bombers so I'm not sure you can actually reach that either. Load the other (or both of them if bombers can't reach shit) base with fighter planes and set it to defense. Then again it's Easy so you can probably go without even setting the bases up and you could be fine, depending on your ships/equipment.

LD took all last night and all morning, but I finally killed her. First time I sparkled all the ships, and the placebo worked. Air battle killed 2 of the escort fleet, shelling support killed two more and a Ne class in the main fleet. Went to yasen with all the escort fleet dead and only Abyssal-Testes and one Wo, which got fucked by Hatsuzuki. Shigure choked, Myokou didn't cut in, but did get a 125 damage single attack somehow, and Hatushimo finished her. I was terrified she would only hit for 40-50 like she did the last few times she cut in, but everything went ok. And despite the S rank, only a fucking Myokou drop.
