It's a pretty short VN, it only takes about 4 or 5 hours to complete.
And you aren't finished yet. This might seem excessive, but there are some fanmade extensions to the story. 1 is a series of flash based texts that tells one possible story, and the other is written out.

Just a warning, be VERY careful if you read the Blinding White section. I'm not very squeamish, but to put it bluntly, it deals with Kana's eventual death in her 30's, after she gives birth to Taka's children, how Taka loses his mind for a while following, and his daughter's attempts to get their father back. It's not a light hearted read, and I don't like thinking that might be how it ends for Kana, but it's still pretty good

But really it was. Many warm fuzzies. Imouto didn't get her first kiss robbed by a dolphin. Less Yuta, probably due to the skipping. Some scenes that weren't in the first playthrough, like the one where she asks Taka to tutor her. Obviously they bone.
