I think in this game you can actually make all the best decisions for each character and it is only a critical 3 decisions about half way through that determine which girl you end up with.

So really, if you go to the roof and find Aeka up there then you get her, otherwise you go looking for the Student Council President, but if you slack off there you find Nekoko instead.

I found this to be interesting because I think it means you can have a sexual encounter with all three girls before choosing a route.

grats i guess, too bad the game felt like it was written by pta/hem&skola, the "drug" route was amazingly scarecrowish and the bully route only showed the mc and aeka's weakness, mizukis route wasnt all bad tho, pretty believable angst and disconnection from society but seriously tacky solution...
would have worked decently as the druggie route tho, self destructivity and believable drug use and situations, just have to rewrite the ending somewhat, solving a pretty serious mental condition and behaviour with a pregnancy isnt really that believable, sure, it might help out to give her some other focal point but unless she finds something within herself to anchor her to her own reality and give her some reason to actually live in the present (hopefully with the emotional and practical support of the mc) that would only be a fleeting thing and she would most probably eventually return to her self destructive path
