Actually its quite easy. First the big ones:

- SOD Create (not really a producer but more a distributor with all its small production studios. They usually have a SOD somewhere on the cover) For example see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soft_On_Demand#Companies_in_the_SOD_group

- Hokuto Corp (Everything else, except all the small individual ones. Like: S1, moodyz, premium, ip, attackers, dasd... see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hokuto_Corporation for more examples)

"Medium" sized ones:
- KMP (big reconstruction a few years ago when they incorporated realworks. see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KM_Produce.. Popular studios like: REAL. Million. Bazooka)
- Alice Japan (not really sure but I dont think alice japan and max-a are together despite similarities. but maybe I'm wrong and they work togehter. dunno)
- Max-A
- kuki (one of the really big stars in the past)
- hmp
- Dream Ticket (maybe they corporate with a big studio, not sure. But dont think so)

Small studios. Usually those studios focus around one specific fetish, for example:
- Dogma
- Knights Visual
- asfur
- Maetel Hormone
...

Sad that Kogawa Iori of SOD Star would never work together with her Muscat buddy Kamisaki Shiori of Moodyz. Or the likes of Mana Sakura would never participate in Bako Bus Tour.

Iori and Shiori in the same movie might be not so possible in the near future. Would only happen if one of them joins the others production company or gets a freelancer.
