The tides would cease to exist, most obviously. Circadian rhythm of many creatures will get completely fucked though I imagine most mammals will adapt just fine. Many nocturnal creatures lose a valuable source of light. Our orbit would probably get fucked up in some way causing hilariously catastrophic climate change, as if the tide doing that already wasn't bad enough.

Eh the nuking of the moon would just more or less a surface glassing. Entire Moon would be there. Just many new craters full of radioactive glass.

I doubt the Lunarians dug that deep into the surface to make surface hits by what amounts a decent yield H-Bomb survivable.
