Due to the fact that it means "Oriental", not I.

Maybe 四季. For Yamada and technically Yuka.
(Shiki means Four Seasons, after all. Yuka's title is "Flower Master of the Four Seasons" Youkai moe~)

Also, could Mokou even get a tattoo or would the ink be rejected?
Sexy nonetheless.

It makes more sense for the cells to go through perfect mitosis. Cells die and are replaced as in normal humans, but they are replaced only as they die, staying growth and development. Maybe the body keeps some repository of stem-cells that move to replace any dead or "removed" cells?

That's pretty cool. Obviously any touhou themed tattoo would be super nerdy, but I wonder would be aesthetically nice to get anyway.
