His style is super distinct, what with that pinkish tint on everything. I really like it.
On the topic though, is it bad that I kinda like the design of this character? I'm not the kind of guy to be into furry stuff (god forbid if I ever were) but hey, I think she looks nice as a mascot. I don't see anything too noteworthy about her but she does look rather cute, which is probably a good thing since you don't want the character to become sexualized.

Why is it that the most helpful of all invertebrates, the one thing that would never harm or kill a human but is big enough to take on the worst bugs that would show up in your home, built like a literal abomination from the depths of the darkest abyss? I get how gargoyles are scary looking to guard places, but goddam if a gargoyle the size of a nendo was enough to scare a person out of a room just by seeing it, that'd be a bit overboard.

I even like spiders and don't usually kill them unless they're annoying me somehow, but these things are like the worst aspects of spiders times 12.5. I don't want to see a dozen fucking spiders in one place. That's just too much.

I don't even mind those big Japanese kind, because they look cool but no, the ones you get are the grossest things that exist outside of being trash bugs and parasites. I wish little lizards would get in and crawl around and up walls eating bugs instead.

To this day I don't get the hate for them, when I was 6 and our neighborhood got flooded with cicadas, my little sister and I would stand still and watch hundreds of them climb up our bodies, break their shells, and fly away.

Yeah, if spiders are alive in an area it means it's had a supply of pests to eat. The only spiders I kill are black widows and such because it's a direct risk to my life. I still feel guilty about it, though.

Maybe geography does matter here, but all I get for spiders here are the small and cutesy ones. The ones with really thin legs and small bodies, that is. They usually hang out at certain spots in my house, and when I catch a bug (which is, admittedly, rare) I let them have it. Every once in a while some baby spiders wander around, too.
