The dictionaries I have cover what's used during the 5-4th BC, and the dramas like Antigone, Oedipus, Medea etc.

I can't use these to translate, let's say, Herodotus.
There are specific dictionaries for the language he writes in and his syntax.

Anything in Archaic and Hellenistic period does not work well with Classic.
