I remember coming to here sometimes a few years ago, but didn't post anything because /a/ was still good. Now /a/ is a blogger normalfag hellhole with Ledditors and whatnot changing the whole culture to match their preferences.

Hmm? I didn't mean anything negative by my post. It's fine, anon, you're just saying things most of us agree with you on. The past month has been especially bad, but I still enjoy /jp/ and there's still good people here.
Just try to ignore the crossies and other undesirables. I also think it's important to post on multiple imageboards and to not let yourself be centralized to one site.

It's just the natural course of things, anon. There's a handful of boards I post on these days and I bet I could be posting on more if I wasn't so lazy. You can also try more traditional things like BBSs, IRC, or usenet. Do note that you're going to trade speed of discussion for quality of discussion, and I think that's why many people still post on 4chan even if they feel it has been greatly compromised.
The communities are out there, but you have to go to them yourself. Good luck, anon.
