Well, Hina's techniques are used primarily for ensnarement and defense.
She keeps a target lockdowned whilst her allies/N-Field fortress takes care of annihilating it.

Since they're magic vines, I'm kinda sure they could potentially lockdown Utsuho. But I guess that doesn't stop the star-creation and all.

But Rozen will rebuild her, since Utsuho probably wouldn't collect the Rosa Mystica.

I'm pretty sure Rosa Mystica is made of some kind of matter, and as long as it is it can easily be destroyed by NUKES or Fusing more matter to that matter to make something different etc...

Well, it's made of Magic. The Rosa Mysticae are basically magic chunks. They can fuse with other Rosa Mysticae to make a bigger magic chunk. The winner of the Alice Game gets the biggest magic chunk ever.

So it probably can't be destroyed by mundane means.

However; it is a VERY shiny object, and Utsuho, being a raven, loves shiny things and would probably collect it.
