I honestly doubt that seeing as how she ran up straight up a god damn skyscraper while fighting Rider.

And even if she couldnt,she's a servant. She is easily capable of jumping off walls,leaping great bounds and causing WWII damage. It's completly pointless outside of eyecandy.

Her maximum speed with a command spell is like mach 12. She can easily go super sonic with prana burst, but that's costly. A motorcycle is a fine mode of quick transportation.

She was jumping up not running. She constantly needed to jump otherwise she would've fall.
I'm not sure of the circumstances the bike was used in Fate/zero but it was going from a straight road point A to B a bike would be faster.
