Do you also have AnyDVD running at the same time? I've had a few recent JUFD ISOs that would bug out after mounting them while having AnyDVD running. They'd mount fine, but trying to open it up in MPC-HC left it hanging. As soon as I quit AnyDVD it played fine.

There are too many companies to really rank them, but there is a reason why some are very popular.

I've been saving so much space with NVENC (the h.265 hardware encoder included in nvidia gpus)

Here are some comparisons from GASO-0072.

left size is the original (5000 kbps; 4.799 GB) and right is the encoded file at 2300 LL-HQ 2.344 GB. Took me half an hour.

I tried with higher bitrate and it seems like the sweet spot for HD releases is between 2500-3000 after that the quality stays the same but the filesize blows up.

For SD I've been as low as 1000. Pic related is from a HD but encoded at 1800 redicing the file to half the size

It's interesting that it works in JAV because in non porn movies i've found it disappointing

But I got the same results with xmedia recode which is much simpler to use and has a better interface for cutting down parts of the video, cropping, etc. You just select the encoder and type in the desired bitrate (you can use the bitrate calculator on the right to predict the file size) and preset.
In the audio tab choose copy instead of convert to keep the same audio quality

AV Moo has better and actually literal English translations of titles but the search function doesn't work when you add it to Firefox's search bar.
Only JAV Library's does so its easy to get sauce when you see code, thus its pretty inconvenient when the flagging happens.
