This is all Japan's fault for giving blonde hair, red hair, purple hair, green hair, violent hair, pink hair, white hair, etc on their Japanese characters to such an extent that they don't LOOK Japanese anymore.

If they want to make a a manga, anime or VN that involves more than one nationality they should be more take on a more realistic approach in designing the characters, e.g, give the Japanese girls black hairs.

But no they rather go all crazy with the hair colors and shit with the Japanese and as for the non-Japanese people they think oh what the hell we go crazy with them too but hey lets put a flag on their underwear to show that they are not japanese!

That's very rare, not common. Not every other girl has bright purple hair. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with it, it's fucking anime, it works and is usually nice. But sometimes it would be nice to see more realistic approaches with colors. There's plenty of shades to play around with, the main characters could still look distinctly different.
