Alright, So I played the game until the point where Oboro fights some knight guy or whatever and I lost interest.
This was around 5 months ago.
Is it worth it to pick the game back up and play it?

Yes. You're not even close to getting into the meat of the story. It's admittedly slow out of the gate, but it picks up big-time if you just keep at it.

>> No.1500144

In the very beginning? You haven't even got one H-scene yet.

>> No.1500147

Obviously not.
There is another game where you control same characters with cursor keys and trash enemies in REAL TIME. This is where all the fun at.

What game is that?

I was just wondering if the story of Underwaterrayromano was any good to keep playing it.

Doesn't answer my question though.
Should I play the visual novel or not and why

Some Arcade Utaware game.
I forgot if it had a unique name of its own, as it only went by Utawarerumono

Did you just ignore the other people giving you their suggestions?

I think you should. I loved it. Just don't play it for the H-scenes because you only get 1 per character and there is no Loli scene. The story is the best part, I played it in 5 days flat playing about 5-10 hours a day... I barely left my room at all let alone my house, so I got really into the story.

WTF, how? It's not that long!

5 days flat, playing 5-10 hours a day, is how long it took me to finish goddamn AYAKASHIBITO.

Yes you should, the story and characters are very enjoyable and worth your time to read.

aruruu is loli though and I remember there being something about her being naked in a river

Those are the last 2 scenes in the whole game and you have to play the hard modes to get them, I never got them ;_; but some anon on here gave me them a long time ago, ruining any determination I have might have had to go back and play the hard modes. And it's just her naked, no fucking.

>>1500624
It's pretty damn long, but that was just an estimate.

>> No.1500654

The story is very slow at the start, but things pick up after the invasion which isn't that far into the game anyway. I actually regret playing this without the voice patch, and I'm still waiting to forget most of the things that happen in the game so I can replay it with with said voice patch.

I loved the voices.
