Shirou's harem get along because they're all magi.

Shiki's harem is fundamentally different and deadlier--a half-demon not in control of her full power, a fallen True Ancestor, a scheming psychic maid, and a former vampire-turned-personal tool of the church. Not to mention the OTHER new vampire and rogue magi/alchemist on the run from the church and Mage Association, alongside one rogue witch and a familiar that would be hunted down by the church if they knew she existed.

Hell no they won't get along. Who would in that situation?
