Do japanese celebrities take plastic surgery?
I want to believe not... please tell me I'm right /jp/.

Probably the eyelids thing is pretty common

Of course they do.

They do.
But at least they are not insane with it, unlike those k-pop uncanny valley whores.

I hate lower eyelids like these. I never saw a girl having these in west.

Might as well since there's more makeup on their faces than dust on the shelves of a /jp/sie already.

i don't think it's that common among japanese because they don't have monolids as badly as koreans do.

>> No.14958036

Nobody does that shit, not even Japanese celebrities. Meme articles aside, I doubt it's even a thing in Japan. If anything, they all fix their teeth at some point or another of their career life.

I really don't understand. Is that line really considered that attractive?
The power of exoticism, I guess.

it pulls the eyelid up and makes the eye look bigger.

I wonder if it's really exoticism. I think it's more about adding definition to the edges of the eye. Sort of like eyeliner or mascara. The fold casts a bit of a shadow on the part of the lid below it, as you can see in >>14958418.

Even outside the AKB thread you're still mad Sakura beats your oshi, huh?
Pathetic.
