I think most of the extra scenarios in IN involve the characters pondering over whether or not they should eat Mokou's guts. Most of the humans end up not trying either because they don't want to be immortal (Reimu and Sakuya), or just don't want to eat human parts (Marisa)

Remi really wanted Sakuya to join her in immortality so they could be together forever.
