Yuuka, Rumia and Medicine will all kill humans. Yuuka is POLITE, and doesn't go out of her way to do it, but it's a coin toss. Rumia will straight up kill and eat you but she's retarded and you might be able to trick her if you know she's coming.

Stay away from Medicine.

It's less that Yuuka has a 'berserk button' and more that she doesn't care about human beings anywhere as much as she cares about flowers. Flowers naturally bloom and die all the time, she probably wouldn't flip out if you picked one.
