- Nana Ogura (Max-A)
- Akiho (S1 and Maxing)
- Airi Kijima (IP)

Once the contract ends they can renew, change to another company or become a freelancer. Example:
- Saki Okuda was making videos for Alice Japan before switching to S1 recently
- or Emiri Okazaki first for IP, then Moodyz and now kirakira

However, there are also tons of girls that start as a freelancer and work for whatever company they feel like. For example:

It's easy. I use makemkv on the iso and then just handbrake. To get handbrake to output interlaced, just append :tff to the encoder settings (set the preset and profile to High 4.1 first, then press advanced to copy settings over)

I think makemkv can be removed but I can't figure out how to get handbrake to open the iso's directly.

I've seen a few rippers output interlaced videos and it's always looked good. It sucks to know that 99.9% of the shit I download has removed the possible 60 fps though (along with the usual shit encode and watermarks)
