I downloaded this the last time there was a thread about it, and I must be fucking idiot because I can not get it to work at all. I copy all of the files in the Install folder into my KANON_SE folder but nothing changes, there are still no voices.

Yeah there's a REALALIVE file and I have already backed up the seen files in a seperate folder. It's pretty bizarre how I could fuck up such a simple process, but apparently I did somehow.

I had a similar problem, It turned out my download of the patch had stopped halfway through so I didn't have all the files. Even then, I had to reinstall the game for the voices to work, just adding the extra files didnt fix it for some reason. Might be worth checking your rar is the correct size.
