News:
-Fall Event has been announced to start early November, it has been settled to be medium scale.
-Zuikaku kai 2 to be released sometime in November.
-Saury fishing mini event is underway and available in World 1 and 3, rewarding a special furniture.
-You can increase their droprate with illumination equipment, like searchlights.
-The fish will disappear at the end of the mini event on October 30th.
-Fall event starts in November
-Isokaze drops temporarily at 1-5, 1-6 and 2-5.
-Isokaze received a cooking CG and several others received fishing CGs along with new lines.
-Several new UI updates such as refueling faster, swapping around ships in fleet formation and many more.
-Katori and Akigumo now buildable.
-KanColle will add android support in Winter.

Well, it had ten 15cm guns, much better than majority of Japanese WWII light cruisers. It also has super armored deck. However its other stats like torpedo, AA, propulsion (evasion) suck. Emden still qualifies for KanColle's "fast" but even Kaga was faster.

If Emden has ~70 firepower and over 70 armor it will be very interesting.

Regarding luck increase, does marriage luck count as "bonus/extra" luck towards maximum luck? or does it count as if it was a normal increase?

IE Nagato has 32 base luck and can reach 99 max luck and I got +5 from marrying her. Now if I were to increase her luck through modernization, would I only reach 99 or 104(+5 through marriage)

Sendai/Kitakami/Ooi (for farming)

Despite having T94 stock equipment, Fubuki is actually on the backseat when it comes to which ships to farm for, since they don't actually increase the planes shot down anyway; even Akizuki-class AACI doesn't actually need the Akizuki guns. You're better off just using 2 AA gun + Maya's AA director for AACI purposes instead.

According to wikiwiki, you won't go to Y if your main + escort fleet has 4 BB/CV total. I only had 1 CV in the main fleet; rest were CVL.
