I like to imagine that Remilia is a master of speaking multiple languages at once. She can effortlessly switch at any moment, like addressing Flandre in Hungarian, and then in the same breath she could start speaking Russian to Patchouli, or Chinese to Meiling.

I also like to think that she makes it a point to learn the mother tongues of her staff - So she can communicate with them privately even if others are present, and because looking like she cares about her employees makes them more loyal.
