You can turn 21 Type-21 radars into a single maxed Type-21-K4 if you want.

I've farmed Nagato-class, CarDiv4, the Cranes, Ooyodo, Unryuu, and Roma, and will probably do Akashi in 2-5 because E-4 is annoying.

I used Teruzuki simply as a handy way to grind her, but pretty much like Akizuki, she is plainly useless in this map aside of AACI.
I'd rather recommend using Maya instead, along with Abukuma as FS with torp CI.
Maya kai ni is plenty enough for that map, and you can squeeze both beaver and Ayanami/Shigure for more torp fun in yasen.

While this does free up a slot for a lookout on Myoukou, artillery spotting is very unreliable with the yasen plane plus the fact that there's only one shelling phase for the escort fleet. My main problem with the command facility is how it drops you down to red morale. Sparkling costs add up overtime and it's a pain in the ass waiting 30 minutes for it to naturally regen. I could spend a bucket to instantly replenish it, but I worry about buckets becoming my bottleneck, which would be the worst situation possible since they aren't easy to acquire.

There was enough map variety this time that you were able to get your CLTs through their paces. KTKM and Ooi were both immensely helpful to me in some of the harder maps in the middle.

Routing them out on E-6 and E-7 gave Abukuma time to shine, too. I'm sure they wanted to reward admirals that took the time to kai 2 her before the event.
I think it's still up in the air as to whether they will route the CLTs out of the end of the next event. They might, since it's so easy to fit Abukuma into any fleet and she's almost as good as any of the CLTs.

In my experience between this E7 and Winter's E5, not very. They're almost as liable to self-destruct as anyone else and I've had Nagatos outdamage them. Not to say they're useless, but they're a luxury I generally reserve for final kills. Plus next event will likely be very easy. If you've got other things to work on, do that before blowing resources on LSC.

Ooyodo is the only one you should farm out of those now. Farming E1 takes almost no resources and the drop rate is relatively high. Having Ooyodo K2 for next event will make things a lot easier. Ooyodo is obtainable from 1-6 but the chances are astronomically low and the map drops nothing else worthwhile.

Why not? You have already have Bismarck, Myoukou, Yukikaze and Ayanami to kill the boss.
It is all about getting to the boss node intact and then having at least 4-5ships alive for yasen. I think the reason why I got done with E7 so easily was due to the good performance of my route support. I have seen tons of stream where their route support, carrier opening salvo and ABKM doing nothing and them struggling to even break the first node. I never had this problem at all.

Having good radars for support is more important imo.
